LineScout is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
LineScout is not:
- A registered investment adviser
- A broker-dealer
- A commodity trading adviser
- A sportsbook or gambling operator
- A financial institution
Nothing on the Site constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, trade, or wager on any security, contract, event, or outcome.
We do not execute trades, accept wagers, or hold funds.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, profitability, or outcomes.
No fiduciary relationship is created between you and Rithmm.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account.
Subscription & Billing
LineScout is a paid subscription service.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.
If payment fails, access may be suspended.
We may change pricing with notice as required by law.
No Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Except where required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
• Scrape, crawl, mirror, or extract data
• Use automation to bypass controls
• Reverse engineer
• Resell access or outputs
• Interfere with security
• Use the Site unlawfully
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
API & Data Access
We may offer API access or data feeds subject to separate agreement and rate limits. Unauthorized automated harvesting or commercial reuse is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All Site content is owned by Rithmm or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license during your subscription.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services referenced on the Site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
RITHMM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) AMOUNT PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM
OR
(B) $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Rithmm from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time.
One-Year Claim Limit
Any claim must be filed within one year.
Governing Law
Massachusetts law governs these Terms.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by AAA under consumer arbitration rules.
No class actions.
Small claims permitted if eligible.
You waive jury trial rights.
Changes
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
